I like the product very much because it takes up little space on my counter, but does not detract from the quality as I know it from Krups / Nespresso. I have noticed that with small quantities (espresso/ristretto) the coffee is not very hot. You have less trouble with a lungo. If then I must have something to complain about; the container for used capsules is quite small, which in my opinion makes the product more suitable for singles. Otherwise a very nice machine!
