According to our smartwatch expert
The integrated heart rate sensor allows you to easily measure your heart rate from your wrist.
The sports watch allows you to easily control your smartphone's music.
Use Bluetooth or WiFi to easily connect the sports watch to the accompanying app on your smartphone.
The watch doesn't have a GPS receiver.
The watch doesn't have ANT+ to connect external sensors.
The Garmin Vivomove HR Sport stands out thanks to its analog dials and digital screen. This makes the watch look like a traditional watch that you can wear to work or in your free time. In addition to your steps, distance traveled, and calories burned, the sports watch also measures your fitness and stress levels. The watch senses when you're going for a run or a bike ride and will automatically start timing you. Afterwards, you can analyze your performance using the Garmin Connect app. This way, you can see whether you've beaten your personal best yet or if you're going to have to try a bit harder next time.
Note: an adapter isn't included. Do you want to charge the watch via a socket? If so, order an adapter separately.

It is a good activity meter for a good price. It encourages me to move more

The watch looks beautiful, but that's about it for me. In combination with an iPhone, it all just doesn't work well enough. Bluetooth has to be turned off and on every time for the app to show the watch.
Sports such as tennis are not well registered, let alone climbing stairs. If you fanatically keep track of how much you move, you will quickly become demotivated.
I know it's a watch with little functionality, that's why I bought it. But then those functionalities must work stably.
My expectation is that it is purely due to use with iOS, unfortunately.
