According to our exercise bike expert
You can expand your workouts and get more insight into your results thanks to the various apps.
During training, you can keep an eye on your heart rate with the built-in heart rate sensors.
You can use the exercise bike for up to 4 hours per day thanks to the high quality, which makes it suitable for endurance training.
The handlebars aren't adjustable, so it's less easy to take on different postures.
You can use the Flow Fitness Stelvio iConsole Ergometer during rehab after an injury or to improve your fitness. The exercise bike has 20 training programs and 32 resistance levels. Thanks to this, you can take small steps in your journey to become fit again. If you want more variation, you can connect the exercise bike to the iConsole app via Bluetooth. With this app, you can cycle routes around the world and race against other users. You can also track your workout results accurately. With the hand pulse sensors on the handlebar, your heart rate is measured. You can view all your training data in the overview on the screen. Not interested in your training data? You can mount the tablet mount to the handlebar and watch your favorite series or movie.
Note: you have to assemble this product yourself when you receive it.

The exercise bike was delivered on time and lifted to the first floor, the old bike was taken away. I was able to assemble the exercise bike in about an hour. The assembly manual is very clear and the screws and tools are well packed and numbered. An extra hand here and there would have been nice, especially when installing the steering column and the steering wheel itself. All in all, good to do alone.
After installation I found the exercise bike still a bit wobbly at the steering column, I think I tightened all the bolts well. The adapter connection is at the back which I find very illogical, now the cord has to go along the bike to get to a socket. The cord is also not very long, about 1.5 to 2 meters.
I have quite consciously chosen an exercise bike with a low entry, unfortunately this is of little use to me with this bike. Because I'm not very tall and the saddle is quite low, using the low entry becomes a kind of limbo dancing under the handlebars. This could also be due to my size, maybe it will get better after more cycling.
The exercise bike is easy to set up and the computer is logical to use. It kicks away smoothly and when the resistance is increased, this is gradual, which is very pleasant. The heart rate sensor always gives about the same measurement as my Apple watch and is therefore fairly accurate.
When you use the tablet holder to netflix, YouTube or make sudokus while cycling, you can't see what you're doing, which is a shame, but I have to be honest that I wouldn't know how to do it better.
The tablet holder is of course meant for using cool apps. Once you want to get started with that, you'll have to throw the manual out the window (at least as far as Apple products are concerned). According to the manual, you must first pair the device with your iPad/iPhone via settings and then Bluetooth, skip this step and immediately download the app you want to use. Your bike will be untraceable among the Bluetooth devices. I think the kinomap fitness app is the best for now, don't download like I do, the kinomap trainer, it doesn't work in combination with this bike. And you thought you bought an exercise bike? So not, select the exercise bike when adding a device.
Although I can understand that the manual in the booklet is not up-to-date, I think it is a shame that the flow fitness site also does not have an adapted manual for the Bluetooth connection and apps. I've been messing with it for an unnecessarily long time.

I am satisfied with this purchase. It is a modern exercise bike that has several pre-programmed programs, so that the training can be varied. The exercise bike has a sleek design and does not take up much space, so that it also fits well in a smaller room. It makes little noise and is stable.

Apparently quality control at the factory was having a bit of a break when this product came along, because assembly at my home revealed some manufacturing defects that could have been prevented.
Below is a summary of the "errors":
Finally solved the issues, replaced the plugs myself with proper ones and tapped the screw thread in the frame again so that the saddle adjustment knob can be turned 5 mm further in. I should have sent the device back (especially considering the threads in the frame), but I didn't feel like it in this Corona time and the box was already thrown away right after I had taken all the stuff out. A little hangover regarding the quality received when you consider that you pay more than 400 Euros for a device in which they use Ali Express plugs of half a cent.
But more importantly: The device is now working, and I've already sat on it for a few hours to my full satisfaction !! Now it just does what I bought it for and that's what matters, right?
