According to our vacuum expert
Thanks to the 4 included floor attachments, you can vacuum every floor with the best cleaning performance.
You vacuum with a high suction power thanks to the PowerCyclone 8 technology, which doesn't lose suction power with a full dust cup.
The operating radius is 10m, so you don't have to switch sockets often during your vacuuming job.
With a 75dB noise level, this vacuum makes a lot of noise.
With the Philips FC9745/09 PowerPro Expert, you can vacuum all floor types with the best brush. For example, you use the parquet brush for delicate wood floors and the carpet brush for low-pile carpet. Do you have both a hard floor and carpet but don't want to switch brush attachments? Use the TriActive+ multi-surface tool. If you have pets and often come across loose pet hairs, use the special turbo brush. This brush is also useful when you vacuum a rough carpet. Thanks to the large 10m operating radius, you can clean an entire floor without switching sockets. The PowerCyclone 8 technology provides a high suction power, even with a full dust cup. You can store the included accessories in the vacuum, so you don't lose them.

Compared to this beast, our previous vacuum cleaner was apparently some sort of oversized petty thief. At full power, it almost sucks the carpet into the spacious dust tank and you train your arm muscles very effectively while sucking the wood print from the laminate. Fortunately, the suction power is adjustable so that you do not accidentally suck the dog or your girlfriend.
Given the reviews, I expected a decent vacuum cleaner, but this model really exceeds all my expectations.
Looks slick (blue lights - I love it) and it just does its job in a way I'm not familiar with.
So just buy...

Great vacuum cleaner! The old one had given up, but afterwards I'm very happy with it!

Sorry it's in English but I figured it would be more detailed and therefore useful than what I could currently write in Dutch...
I bought this because my old AEG vacuum died yesterday after a good 14 years. I decided on a bagless one so I don't have to fiddle about finding new bags and put up with less suction when the bag starts to fill up. Previous reviews were very helpful in guiding me to this choice and I am not disappointed!
The first thing I noticed is that I no longer had to stoop to use the product as the pole is nice and long. Big plus for anyone with a bad back. I tried it out downstairs while my two children were sleeping upstairs, and they didn't cry so it seems to be quiet enough for me. From reading the product information I had expected it to be a lot louder than it was, but I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely quieter than my old one.
Next, it got under my furniture much better, and the brushes on the corner of the tri/combi brush head got all the dust off the skirting boards without scratches. The only minor downside is having to store all the brush heads it comes with. I am not sure I will ever use them as the combi one seems more than fine for mostly hard floors and the odd rug.
I liked the way the handle has little brushes on meaning when you take the pole off to do the sofa or cushions it gets the toast crumbs off without sucking up the whole cushion. Great for my daughter's bean bag too. There is also a little slide opening to reduce the suction a bit for rugs and soft furnishings.
It was not the lightest one I could have bought but I certainly don't find it heavy. Not a problem for me and it wheels along nicely.
Nice one Philips, I think you have put some thought into this and come up with a quality product as usual.
