According to our robot lawn mower expert
You can control the robot lawn mower with the Gardena Smart System app (Android and iOS) via WiFi on your smartphone or tablet.
The SensorControl monitors the growth of the lawn and adjusts the cutting frequency accordingly.
The frost sensor prevents the robot lawn mower from mowing at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.
Depending on the layout of your garden, the 250-meter perimeter wire might not be sufficient.
The Gardena Smart Sileno+ 1600 is a relatively silent lawn mower that neatly mows lawns up to 1600m². You can easily operate the robot lawn mower with the Gardena Smart System app on your smartphone or tablet (iOS and Android) via WiFi. This way, you can put the mower to work even when you're not at home. Do you have a narrow passage with a width of up to 60cm in your garden? That's no problem for this mower. Place the robot lawn mower in a place where you mow less often, for example under your garden set or a trampoline, and the Spot Cutting function ensures that this place also looks neat. In addition, the Smart Sileno+ 1600 has the SensorControl function to adjust the cutting frequency to the growth of the lawn.

I wish I had bought this years ago. We have a fairly large garden and instead of seeing an unmowed garden that “must” be mowed, I now continuously see a neat lawn. The installation and adjustments are a bit of work but more than worth it. In addition, I would like to compliment CoolBlue: our first device had an issue with the PIN code and Gardena was very slow to provide assistance. After a few weeks, CoolBlue had had enough and exchanged the entire device without difficulty. Top service!

Good mowing robot with good integration with other gardena products. For example, will not drive out when you are spraying. Can be controlled via app

The previous robot (Robomow) stood still all the time, this Gardena just works, even with wet grass.
