According to our jigsaw expert
Thanks to the blow function, the cutting line stays clean, so that your view is not obstructed during cutting.
Thanks to the variable speed, you can perfectly match the cutting speed to different materials.
Saw blades can be exchanged quickly and easily without tools.
No saw blades are included.
The Stanley Fatmax FME340K-QS leaves little to be desired when it comes to sawing jobs. The jigsaw with a power of 710 watts has 4 pendulum positions, so you have full control over the type of saw cut you make. In the highest position you cut quickly and lightly, but leave the pendulum position, then you make fine and splinter-free saw cuts. The supplied anti-splinter plate also contributes to this. The saw blade can be tilted both to the left and to the right in a 45 degree angle to cut in miter. In wood the saw blade reaches 85 millimeters deep, in metal 10 millimeters. But whatever material you saw, thanks to the blower function, the sawing line stays clean and you keep a good view of the cutting line.
I was looking for an adjustable jigsaw for basic jobs, where I can preferably also saw in miter. However, I attach importance to the reliability of the purchased tools. Preferably no plastic housing or conductor, and also not many unnecessary knick knacks. After a comparison between different brands, I found this price / quality for me the best purchase. It's easy to use, and with a very limited manual you'll be out and about straight away. Only drawback, there is no laser indication that indicates where you are going to cut, but I personally found this less important.

You can dose the speed very well, so that you can work very precisely and cleanly. Lots of power left.
