According to our stand mixer expert
Thanks to the power of this stand mixer, you can mix heavy dough, such as bread or pizza dough.
With the extra accessories, you can make smoothies, minced meat, or finely cut or grate vegetables.
You can neatly store the accessories in your kitchen cabinet in the included storage bag.
The mixing bowl is smaller than average, so you can only make batter for 1 cake at a time.
With the Bosch MUM58231 CreationLine stand mixer, you can make smoothies, mince meat, and cut or grate ingredients thanks to the extra attachments. That's useful, as this makes the mixer extremely versatile and you only need 1 appliance. This stand mixer is suitable for kneading heavy dough, thanks to the 1000W power. You can make your own pizza dough and cut the vegetables for the pizza with the food processor, for example. Or make your own minced meat with the meat grinder. In the included 3.9L mixing bowl, you can make batter for 1 cake. After use, you can clean the separate parts in the dishwasher.
Nice and easy device to use. Everything works smoothly and simply. Beats and mixes really great! Due to the design of the beaters, nothing is skipped.
The cutting function, and especially the fries cutter, is really great! You can make beautiful thin fries from the potato in no time, delicious for the oven.
Due to the many possibilities and functions, I can now get rid of a number of devices. Saves a lot of space again!

In use for several weeks. Due to its size and design, I can leave the machine on the kitchen worktop. Because of this, I use the machine a few times a week. The manual is somewhat concise, but the device is self-explanatory. The swivel arm is easy to use, so you can click and click all the attachments in and on. Within seconds you have everything grated or sliced. The strong motor can handle all the dough. The blender and meat grinder are nice extras that make the machine complete.

I really wish I hadn't bought this device.
There are so many things in the design of the different mechanisms that make normal use impossible that I don't understand how this thing was put on the market.
Bosch is always very willing to replace parts, but those parts always have exactly the same defect, so everything is just an exercise in frustration.
Just buy something else instead of buying this Bosch and then having to send it back and buy something else. That saves a few weeks of annoyance
