According to our food chopper expert
Easily pulverize hard ingredients, thanks to the short, extra power blast of the pulse function.
While using the food processor, you can easily add ingredients through the opening in the lid.
Thanks to the cord storage option, you can neatly store the food processor after use.
No extra blade is included, so if you want to chop or slice multiple ingredients in a row, you'll need to wash the blade in between.
The KitchenAid 5KFC3516EER Black is suitable for everyday use in the kitchen due to its compact size. Despite its light and manageable design, the stainless steel blade effortlessly chops, mixes, or purees raw vegetables, fruits, herbs, or nuts. The kitchen machine features 2 speeds and a pulse function to grind larger ingredients with extra power. The 0.83L mixing bowl can be sealed with a lid. Need to add something during use? Simply do so through the opening in the lid. After use, both the mixing bowl and the lid can be placed in the dishwasher. You can also neatly store the kitchen machine thanks to the cord storage option.
Durability
Mill owned since 2017, used almost daily. However, after 6 years, the mechanism that activates the mill has broken down. In itself a reasonable period, but it remains a shame, since I am now obliged to buy a new cup, or a new mill. It remains to be seen what the cost of this part is. In itself a design flaw, because it concerns a mini piece of plastic that could have broken much faster.

I mainly bought it to chop nuts, but I don't think it's suitable for that. The nuts at the bottom are ground into powder and the nuts at the top remain whole while I want them coarsely chopped. To be honest I haven't used it yet. So don't know how he whips cream or, for example, makes a pesto.
