According to our router expert
With Multi-room WiFi, you can create 1 large WiFi network with a powerful signal in your entire house.
The 3 satellites of this Multi-room WiFi system form a mesh network, which creates a stable network because all stations communicate with each other.
This router supports MU-MIMO, which provides a more stable wireless connection.
This RBK23 Micro offers a less powerful signal than the Netgear Orbi RBK53.
To benefit from the highest speed that this router offers, all connected devices must support 5GHz.
The Netgear Orbi RBK23 Micro is a multi-room WiFi set of 3 stations. The set is suitable for a 2-story house or an apartment with more than 6 rooms. You place the stations in different spots. Via an extra WiFi band, the stations communicate with each other and form a mesh WiFi network. The accumulated speed of the multi-room set is 2,132Mbps. This allows you to play online games, stream 4K videos, and download a lot of files at the same time. You can easily operate the set via the Orbi app for your smartphone. On top of that, you can manage your WiFi connection via the parental controls, block certain internet traffic, or prioritize data, such as video streams.

I am very satisfied with the Netgear Orbi (3 units). Nice thing, works well. Even though the wifi equipment around me is really dying (neighbors left, right, front and back and I see (measure) all their equipment).
Keep in mind that in a modern house with thick concrete floors, the units still don't make an ideal wireless connection with each other. I have now connected the unit on the bg and 2nd floor via cable (ethernet). Unit on the 1st floor is right below the unit on the 2nd, but they indicate that they have a bad connection with each other. Usually you don't notice that much, but wifi on the 1st hiccups occasionally (on the bg and 2nd absolutely not). I'm going to lay another cable there.
So would advise with modern concrete floors; lay a cable or place the units approximately within sight of each other via, for example, the stairwell.

After years of fiddling with different routers and a very bad connection, I took the plunge and ordered the Netgeat Orbi.
Many places in the house usually had between 5mbps and 10mbps while in the backyard it was impossible. After calling Ziggo that the router/modem had to be switched to the ''bridge'' function, the installation went smoothly. I recommend doing the entire installation on the PC/MAC because the app is not that useful.
It took me a while to figure out where I could best place the satellites, but after finding a suitable place I have at least 100mbps even in the farthest corners!!!! (and even in the backyard). Also everything is now connected under the same network, no separate wifi signals with 2.4ghz & 5ghz. After the easiest installation ever, I can now immediately visit the group of friends because they also want the Netgear Orbi at home. The units are small and easy to hide and switch flawlessly without buffering or slow internet.
The price seems on the high side but it is not for nothing that Netgear has a patent on this technology. IT FUNCTIONS! I am finally rid of slow web pages or poor netflix quality. It's worth every dollar and I wouldn't want another Mesh system.

After first having bought the Linksys Velop which was totally not working, after many hours I tried the Orbi which worked in 20 minutes!
This works fine after a week of use. In places where I previously only got internet via the power network, I now get it wirelessly via these Orbis. App works flawlessly and everything is easy to set up. The size was not too bad for me and in addition, the blue light on the picture is not visible when everything is set up. So buy if you want to cover everything and you have some money to spare :-)
