I expected (much) more from Netgear

Good 4G signal without external antenna
Automatic switching between WAN and 4G works quite well

Purchased for a small office due to announced provider maintenance "one day next week, sometime between 9am and 5pm". Because of my previous experience with Netgear, I had every confidence in this. What was disappointing: IP Address for LAN cannot be set, WAN port only works with DHCP (so that in my case I have to put a router in front of it), SMS notifications do not arrive, switching between WAN and 4G works quite well if the ethernet link is lost (because the device knows that the physical link is gone), I pull a plug from an upstream router, it takes minutes before the switch is made. Not being able to save the PIN code of the SIM is also a defect. The device has a bridging mode, but I think the device can I will use it for my concrete use case, but then phase it out soon
