According to our air purifier expert
Thanks to the fan function, you can use the air purifier as fan on a hot day.
With the app, you can also control the air purifier remotely or when you're not home.
You can read the current air quality in the room on the display.
This air purifier cools the air flow, not the room.
With 3 built-in sensors, the Dyson Pure Cool Tower White - 2018 measures the temperature, air quality, humidity, and gases in your home. With the HEPA filter, the air purifier filters up to 99,95% of the allergens, dust, and viruses from the air. The active carbon filter neutralized gasses and bad odors. The air purifier rotates 350 degrees on its axis, so it provides clean air for the whole room. You operate the air purifier via the included remote and you can set up the Dyson entirely to your liking.
Note: if you use the air purifier 24 hours a day, you need to replace the filters after 6 months.

I thought. how expensive it is, but now, after a year, I never want anything else. Fantastic thing worth all the money. I have COPD so the air indoors is often. contaminated. The dyson on, and in no time it will be green again.

Live near Rotterdam and when I come back from vacation, I always notice the dirty air that hangs here, I also suffer from hay fever. So it's time to do something about this to improve the indoor climate. In addition to being a fan, the Dyson Pure Cool is also an air purifier with all kinds of sensors that monitor the indoor climate. Behind the silver grids are two types of filters, Hepa and Carbon filters. With a simple mechanism you click the filters into the holders and then you can start the Pure Cool. You install the Dyson app on your mobile, with which you connect the Pure Cool to the internet via WiFi and can set it completely according to your needs. For example, instead of cooling, you can also just let the Pure Cool purify, then it blows the air out at the back. It is very easy to set a schedule so that he has cleared the air when he gets up in the morning and when he comes home in the evening. You can also set the Pure Cool to fully automatic, if you spray some deodorant, it will detect it almost immediately and the Pure Cool will get to work enthusiastically, then it will make quite a bit of noise. When you open the door, the Pure Cool detects the pollen and exhaust gases and starts to purify them. The Pure Cool also has a night mode that turns off the display and makes the device much less noisy. The app is very extensive and you can look back at which values the Pure Cool has found, NO2, VOC, PM2, PM10, temperature and humidity. In addition, the app gets the values for outside from the internet. The Pure Cool works well as a fan and provides a pleasant airflow of up to 5 meters without noise. The Pure Cool is safe for children and pets, it has no rotating blades and does not fall over easily. The Pure Cool looks very nice in the living room and also takes up little space. Only that high purchase price, also keep in mind that the filters must be replaced once a year or every other year.

Also owned the predecessor and can now clearly experience the difference. I already liked the design, but clear improvements have been made in terms of technology. The engine is significantly quieter, the exhaust section forms one whole with the underside and feels more solid, the construction and access to the filters are technically better taken care of. the power supply is external via an adapter (less heat development in the device), the display gives more directly accessible information, more settings available to regulate the airflow. In short, very satisfied.
