The potato cutter could have cut slightly thicker slices, but you hardly need to press the potatoes. Goes very smooth and powerful. This thickness is practical for vegetables. I couldn't beat the whipped cream properly. I find the universal blade ideal for biscuit bases. The blade is super sharp. I got a beautiful, almost powder-like substance.
