The contact grill has 6 automatic cooking programs for meat, fish, sandwiches, and poultry, amongst other things. You can also cook vegetables and potatoes with the 4 manual temperature settings. Nice product with substandard aftercare from Coolblue

After two years of little intensive use, the coating of the lower grill plate came off. Plate sent to Coolblue. After two weeks an email: grill plate worn, no guarantee. 3 options: 1. new grill plate for 82 euros! 2. get a defective grill plate back and then pay attention: pay 39.95 research costs!!! (for viewing a plate of aluminum) 3. Relinquish and then the grill plate will be destroyed free of charge. This is not "everything for a smile" I can tell you. Then I checked TEFAL's site (should have done earlier!). Replacement grill plate available from stock for ....... 14.20 euros. I think this is a very bad turn for Coolblue and it certainly puts a dent in the confidence and enthusiasm I have for Coolblue....
