I bought the garmin vivosmart 4 a month ago, after long hesitation. On my list was also the fitbit charge 3 (or 4). The most important points for me to choose this one were the size of the strap/watch case, the body battery, and the stress meter. The strap is nice and narrow, and fits well around the wrist. With these two functions I started to pay more attention to myself (especially how I build in rest every day). I also use the tracker to count how many laps I've swum during training, to see how I've cycled or run, and to track my workouts at home. The tracker does this all very well! I'm just an athlete who does everything for fun and doesn't take it too seriously, so I don't know how this Garmin performs with those who are looking for perfect measurements and who participate in top sports. But for the average user who likes to move, it is highly recommended!!
