According to our smartwatch expert
The integrated heart rate sensor allows you to easily measure your heart rate from your wrist.
The tracker shows notifications and messages from your smartphone on the display.
The activity tracker is waterproof, so you can also use it while swimming.
The activity tracker doesn't have a built-in GPS sensor that tracks your distance, speed, and route.
Fitbit isn't compatible with Huawei P8 Lite and P9 Lite smartphones.
With the Fitbit Inspire HR, you're always aware of the level of your daily exercise. The activity tracker measures your heart rate, steps, and calories burned, among other things. The Fitbit automatically starts measuring your distance and calories burned as soon as you start your activity. This means you don't have to set up anything before going on a run or a bike ride. The Fitbit Inspire HR is waterproof up to a 50-meter depth. This means you can go swimming with the activity tracker on your wrist without having to worry. Connect your Fitbit to your Android or Apple phone via Bluetooth to see notifications of calls and messages on the display of your Fitbit.
Note: an adapter isn't included. Do you want to charge the watch via a socket? If so, order an adapter separately.
This watch is suitable for a wrist circumference of 13 to 15cm.

I started using this fitbit to get some more insight and stimulation within my sedentary profession. Now I get a vibrating signal every hour to go for a walk. Not only does this help me think about it, but setting goals within the app also makes it easy to stick to them. I find it especially valuable to wear it while running, but also cycling and swimming in order to measure your own performance and gain insight into where you can make gains. It works really well for me. It is noticeable that sometimes while cycling or, for example, when you clap, it also registers a step. ah... Ok first wore it at night to gain insight into my sleeping pattern, but because the light comes on when you move your wrist towards you or tap it, I decided to take it off anyway. Maybe there is also a setting for this, but for me that doesn't add anything for now, so it can also be charged at night. I do this on average once every two weeks. Overall I am very satisfied with this watch. You can also link your phone with calendar appointments to it, but I don't need it so much so I turned it off, but it's fine, the screen is big enough.

Beautiful, minimal design that fits perfectly on the wrist. Battery lasts about 4 days for me. Sometimes when I wake up it says that I have already taken 20 steps, but that is not disturbing.

Very nice fitbit, many more options than with the fitbit without heart rate. Highly recommended.
