According to our mobile phone expert
You can take razor-sharp photos with the various cameras this device has.
Thanks to 40W fast charging, you can charge your phone up to 70% in half an hour.
Telephoto lens allows you to zoom in up to 5 times without losing quality.
The device is only compatible with a Huawei Nano Memory Card, and not with a standard micro SD card.
On the 128GB storage memory of the Huawei P30 Pro 128GB White/Purple, you have enough space for your apps and files. In addition to the 40-megapixel camera, the P30 Pro has a unique 8-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens. You can use that to zoom in very far without sacrificing quality. Capture large groups and vast landscapes with the 20-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens. The 3D camera accurately measures the depth for pictures with a depth-of-field effect. Thanks to the excellent night mode, you can photograph and record in low-light situations without problems. With Huawei Dual-View Video, you can even record with 2 cameras at once, for example to get both a closeup and an overview shot. You can quickly and easily unlock the Huawei P30 Pro using the fingerprint scanner in the 6.47-inch Full HD+ screen. The large 4200mAh battery not only lasts a long time, but is also 70% charged in half an hour.

wow. After 3.5 years with my Sony Xperia Z5 I finally have a new phone. After a lot of looking up and comparing, I went for this P30 Pro (blue). What a test. He is so horribly fast, the quality of the cameras is very good. I am also extremely satisfied with the battery (life), so I can do about 30 hours (!) with my phone before I hang it on the charger again. Then it is 100% charged again after just over an hour.
Sometimes you read things about the screen that this is a downside of the phone. Well, this is probably by test experts who continuously have 2 phones side by side. If you look at and rate this phone 'individually', I have nothing to say about the screen. Beautifully clear and sharp.
Unlocking is very easy. You lift your phone and the screen is already on, because of the fast facial recognition it is already unlocked before you realize it. If he doesn't grab your face (too far away, dark or something), you can use your fingerprint as an unlock. In the beginning I had to get the phone through and 'learn' this even better, now I'm a week further and he picks it up immediately and quickly every time.
This phone has no notification LED, at first I thought I might find this inconvenient. But so far I haven't missed it.
In the beginning there are some apps installed that I don't use so I immediately removed them.
The phone is long, this has as an example that the screen is nice and large. Not too big. Just right for use (for me also with 1 hand). But the phone is a bit long in your pocket, some may find this difficult.
The notch in the screen is not disturbing, if you find it you can add an extra 'bar' via the settings that hides the notch.
It took some getting used to that there was no separate menu in which all apps are located and they can be arranged. Now they are all over the 2nd screen of my home screen. This was different with my Sony, although I was used to this within 1 day and it is not even disturbing. Instead of pressing a button, it has become 1 swipe.
So far it is well worth the money!

It took a while to get used to the switch from iPhone to Huawei, but I succeeded. Now I think it's a very nice device, a few days ago I could throw it in the pool. Oh.. The device can handle that..
