With the Hirschmann INCA 1G Multimedia Over Coax Adapter Set, you can turn your existing coax network into a High Speed internet network up to 1 gigabit. For a successful connection, you need at least 2 inverters. With the first inverter, you can add the network signal to your coax cable, and with the second inverter, you can remove the network signal from the cable. You can use a total of 32 inverters, with which you can install a wired data network throughout your entire house. Keep in mind that you need an amplifier at the Subscriber Takeover Point, such as the Hirschmann HMV 41. With the included USB cable, you can provide the adapter with power.

Connection to coax cable went very smoothly. Clear diagrams and additional videos on YouTube. Finally a solution that outperforms the powerlines. Definitely recommended if your house is already full of coax cables.

In my case in a house where coax cables had already been drawn, and no empty lines for a UTP cable to pull. Tried a Devolo DLan solution first, but had a lot of problems with this.
Replaced for the Hirschmann adapters over the coax cable. The adapters are made of metal and all feel very good quality. Connection is fast (1Gbps), constant and very stable. Connect according to the manual, no further settings are required, the adapters find each other automatically.
The only points I could mention is that this set did not include plugs, only USB cables. And pay attention to the coax connections, if only F-Connectors are used in the meter cupboard. I ordered these separately elsewhere, as well as the plugs.

I think it's a good invention for (re)use of your coax cable network instead of installing UTP cabling in your house
