According to our headphones expert
You can determine the level of noise canceling yourself.
Thanks to the 4 noise-suppressing microphones, you're clearly audible when you're making a phone call.
You can control the headphones with your voice using Google Assistant.
The headphones can't be folded to a compact size.
The Bose QuietComfort 45 Noise Canceling Headphones 700 are the thing for you if you value high sound quality and powerful noise canceling. Thanks to active noise canceling, these wireless headphones muffle ambient noise, which means you can listen to your favorite music without disturbances anywhere. You can adjust the noise canceling to suit your needs, thanks to the 11 levels. That means you can switch to your preferred setting for each environment or situation, or deactivate noise canceling completely. Thanks to the 4 microphones, you're clearly audible. When you make a phone call, they muffle ambient noise, such as white noise. The microphones also make sure you can hear your surroundings. You can decide whether to control the headphones with touch controls on the ear cups or with voice commands. If you choose voice control, you use Google Assistant.
Noise canceling levelsHeadphones with noise canceling reduce distracting ambient noise by creating an anti-noise based on an assessment of the noise in your surroundings. With the Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700, you can select how much ambient noise you want to hear. You can choose from 11 noise canceling levels. Level 11 provides the most noise reduction.
Fast chargingWith noise canceling on, you can listen to music for 20 hours. You can quickly charge the battery if it's empty. After 15 minutes, you can use the Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 again for 3.5 hours. It takes 2.5 hours to fully charge the headphones.
Sound according to the expertThese headphones emphasize the bass sound slightly. This means that the bass sound predominates without dominating. The medium-high tones are in balance and don't deviate from how the artist intended. As a result, the sound of instruments and vocals isn't excessively present or absent.
Note: Bose does include a charging cable, but no charger. Use your own accessories, or purchase them separately.

Design
The Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 are the most stylish headphones out there for me. Bose really went for an original and modern design here and I think that's a good choice. In addition, it also sits comfortably on my ears thanks to the deep ear cups and soft ear cushions.
Noise canceling is perfect for the office and on the go Noise canceling is a function I use a lot on the train and in the office. Because it can sometimes be busy in these places, I think good noise canceling is important. In both situations, the headphones excel. With music on I hardly hear anything from my surroundings. In addition, I determine how much ambient noise I want to dampen, so that I am not always completely isolated from my surroundings.
Listen to music in high quality When I listen to a song, I immediately notice that the sound is crystal clear. Every detail is rendered in detail, which makes me really enjoy most of the music. The bass is just not strong, so dance music or hip-hop doesn't always come into its own.
Operation takes some getting used to at the beginning I use 3 physical buttons for noise canceling, bluetooth and Google Assistant. To control the music, I use the touch control. This touch control is located on a small part on the right half of the right earcup. It took me a while to get used to that.
Battery life could have been longer From home to work I am on the road for about 3 hours every day and then I always listen to music. At the office and at home I also listen to music for about 5 hours. The battery life of these headphones is 20 hours, so I have to charge them after 2 to 3 days, because otherwise I'll be without music in the middle of the day. In addition, I don't take it with me on a long trip, because I'll be without a battery while on the road.

I have been using these headphones for a week now and bought them for my studies. I can now work in a concentrated way, without being bothered by disturbing ambient noise. The noise canceling works excellent and can also be adjusted. You can choose from 11 positions. When position 10 is switched on, you hear almost nothing. You can only hear them when people speak loudly. If the noise canceling is set to 0, the microphones let the ambient noise through. That is safe in traffic. The conversation mode is also very useful. At the touch of a button, the music pauses and you can hear everything around you.
The sound quality is also top notch. The sound is full and the bass is also present, but not excessive.
The build quality was one of the reasons why I bought these headphones and not the Sony wh1000xm3. I've been debating between these two for a long time. The Bose has a stainless steel headband, which feels very premium. The Bose ear cushions are better than Sony's and Bose ear cushions can also be replaced. In addition, the Bose's headband is made of silicone, which is easy to clean.
You have to love the design, but I personally think it's very beautiful. The headband is made in one piece, which means that you can no longer fold it. The ear cups can also be rotated in all directions. This makes it easy to store the headphones in the supplied case. The case also contains a nice storage compartment for the audio cable and the charging cord.
Due to the modern design, these headphones are slightly less comfortable than the Bose Quiet Comfort 35II. The headphones press a bit more on the ears and you will feel that after a few hours. On the other hand, this will vary from person to person.
It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge the headphones. This is done via USB-C. The battery lasts about 20 hours and for this price it could have been better.
In terms of connectivity, you are also in the right place with these headphones. It has Bluetooth 5 and can connect to multiple devices at the same time, which is a big advantage over the Sony wh1000xm3.
Those looking for the best noise-canceling headphones of the moment should definitely go for these Bose.

I've been using the Bose NC Headphones 700 for several weeks now and although I had my reservations about headphones in general before and during the purchase, I am more than satisfied!
First of all, the headphones look (in my opinion) very nice and sleek. It's a simple design, but I like that. Despite the simple design, the comfort is more than okay. I myself wear glasses and I was afraid that I would suffer from this in terms of wearing comfort but also in terms of noise canceling, but those worries were not necessary. It fits well around the ears and the shells close the ears well despite my glasses, which is of course necessary for the noise canceling.
The sound quality is in my opinion very good, but I have to say that these are my first headphones, so I have no comparisons with other headphones. It also has excellent bass. As soon as you turn on the noise canceling, which I do a lot for work, these headphones really shine. I can shut myself off from the noise around me and can therefore focus nicely. Due to the different levels of noise canceling, you can decide for yourself how much sound you allow or not, the standard settings (levels 0, 5 and 10) are sufficient for me, but you can set this yourself a little more specifically.
In terms of ease of use, the headphones also work very well. The number of buttons you have on the shells are easy to find and use. And the touch options on the shell itself is a bit of a search in the beginning, but you get used to it pretty quickly. If you master that (try a few times) then it works great too.
Calling also works very well thanks to the 4 built-in microphones. Due to the noise cancelling, you can hear the 'other' side very well, provided the telephone connection works well. And until now I have always heard from other people that the quality of the conversation was very good every time.
The conclusion is that these are just very nice headphones for your own pleasure, but certainly also for work.
