According to our gaming chair expert
You can adjust the position completely to your liking, which puts you in a realistic racing position.
The stand is sturdy thanks to its steel construction.
Thanks to the included back cushion, you are comfortable even when you are longer.
The Next Level Racing F-GT Cockpit doesn't offer the possibility to hard mount steering wheels of any brand.
With the Next Level Racing F-GT Cockpit, you'll have a complete racing game experience. The standard can be set to separate racing car cockpits. Do you drive a GT car? If so, you make sure the setup upright. Are you in a Formula 1 car? If so, you place the standard in F1 position. This way, you are always in the most realistic position for the type of racing car. The mounting plates of the Next Level Racing F-GT Cockpit are pre-drilled for the mounting of racing wheels from major brands. This way, you can get started quickly. Place your steering wheel, pedals, and gear lever in the designated places: ready, start, go! Big or small, left or right handed, it doesn't matter. The stand is suitable for every gamer. Please note the Next Level Racing F-GT Cockpit is suitable for products from Logitech, Thrustmaster, and Fanatec. Other products may need to be attached with the clamp that's included with the steering wheel.
It is said that this is an entry-level cockpit, but you have also started at the bottom of the professional sim racer. For this price you get a lot for your money. A tip; order the castor (office) wheels immediately, then you can roll it into a corner. Another TIP (all are free) don't tighten the bolts all too tight but 10%. Place the chair in the middle position and adjust everything to your posture. Then tighten everything up. You can then quickly adjust the distance to handlebars / pedals during long races or when changing riders. You can easily fix the pedal plate and the steering plate with a.15 euros worth of hardware. Would be handy if you have fanatec gear and just want that extra robust feeling. If you have Logitech or Thrusmaster with normal pedals, this cockpit is amply sturdy! Got to play in multiple playseats and a professional F1 cockpit and this one comes to the F1 cockpit earlier than the playseat stuff. However, this is what I personally noticed. I am 1.80 years old and weigh around 80 kilos and this NLR F-GT is a very nice device. Recommended for the whole family!
