The Lexmark B2236dw is a laser printer that has a high print speed, which is great for an office. With a speed of 34 pages per minute, waiting for a print takes only slightly longer than a second. The B2236dw is a single-function device that prints in black and white. You can easily print via your WiFi network with your smartphone, tablet, PC, or laptop. It also supports WiFi direct, which means you're able to print without a modem. And because this printer has duplex printing, you'll save paper. The toner cartridges you'll be using have an estimated capacity of 6,000 pages, so you won't have to replace them anytime soon. The printer has a length and width of just over 30cm and is only 21.5cm high. This means you can easily place it on a desk or in a cupboard.
Very useful for making black and white prints, even double-sided. This way we can let our color printer rest more. Cheaper in cartridge consumption. Printing via smartphone works fine. When installing you can choose yes/no via mobile app. If yes: you have to download an assistant on your phone and you will get a separate IP address. So "no" : it searches and finds the home network - but then it takes a dose of patience to get the password typed. Then check whether the page layout for both drawers is on A4 and that's it.

Very happy with the printer! It's a bit bigger, but our previous one was the same size, so definitely no problem! Setup was very easy via the device itself. A bit more difficult for WiFi, but it comes with a CD-ROM so I'll have to try that again. Everything goes smoothly via a USB cable, which also makes it very easy for my parents to use.
