According to our smart light expert
Thanks to the bridge, the Hue lights can be controlled remotely using the app, even when you're abroad.
You can set this lamp to 16 million colors and every shade of white light.
You can expand this set up to a maximum of 50 Philips Hue smart lights.
You need a stable WiFi network to control the lamps.
Make your lighting smart with the Philips Hue White & Color GU10 starter pack. In this pack, you'll find 3 smart spots and a Philips Hue Bridge. This allows you to control your smart lights anytime and anywhere, even when you're not at home. You can set different colors and scenes via the Hue app. This way, you always ensure you have the right atmosphere in your house. You can easily expand the set later. You can connect 50 smart lights to 1 Hue Bridge.
The product is easy to install, convenient to use and of high quality. Tip is to buy a linked switch that you can hang next to the original button, so you avoid always having to control the light via the app (which can sometimes be a bit inconvenient if you are in a hurry) otherwise top product.

Am very happy with this. Combines well throughout your home with matching products. But I still think it's pricey. As a result, bought something every month until all rooms are provided.

Does what it should. Easy to install and you can really conjure up almost any color with it. Only the brightness of the GU10 spots (2nd generation) is a bit disappointing when you switch on a color. Something that would have improved with the 3rd generation, I've heard it said.
