According to our desk chair expert
You can adjust the height, width, depth, and tiltability of the armrests for the correct working posture.
Thanks to the good back ventilation, the heat can easily escape.
The desk chair has lumbar support to provide extra support to your back.
It doesn't have an adjustable headrest that also supports the neck.
The Interstuhl Prosedia W8RK ergo F170V Desk Chair is suitable for people who spend a lot of time sitting behind their desk. On this desk chair, you can sit for 8 hours straight. You can adjust the seat, backrest, and armrests for the most comfortable sitting position. With the right ergonomic position, your legs and arms should be in a 90 degrees angle. The chance of physical complaints is very low in this position. You can adjust the height, width, depth, and tiltability of the armrests as well. This means your arms are always comfortable on the armrests while you're working. Thanks to the mesh material, the W8RK Ergo 7140 has better ventilation for your back. This way, the heat from your back can easily escape.

Despite the fact that other reviewers of a similar height (I am 1m92 myself) indicated that this chair was good, I am not satisfied with it. The seat was too short for me to sit properly. You can't set it up either, so you have to make do with what you have.
Everything else is right about this chair. You sit comfortably, the quality seems to be good.
I would therefore recommend it, but check carefully whether the seat appears to be large enough for you.

For me a really nicer chair than the one from the famous Swedish department store before. It's still hard to find out online, but it's fine. Have to say - for the first time - that I found the CoolBlue service really disappointing. I had checked "let the seat set" but it simply came as a kit by PostNL and the installation manual was missing. Furthermore, one of the two armrests was very difficult to mount (tip: first screw in one of the two screws without the armrest and then screw the second screw into the armrest. Once it is in place, you can loosen the first screw again and also screw it into the turn armrest).
