Performances
Reliability
A device of modest performance - except in the sound. Even in a space that is only half of what the machine can handle according to the manufacturer, this air purifier cannot survive. In the sound, on the other hand, this air purifier does deliver a considerable performance. 6 dB more. No less than four times the specification... And if you set it soft, then it does come close to its own specs, but then it is of no use at all. This applies to both dehumidification and air cleaning. A big setback, which also makes way too much noise. Unfortunate!

in extensive research, this proved to be superior. Do not regret the purchase. Good ease of use. Everything is self explanatory so manual is not necessary. Does what it should.

According to our dehumidifier expert
The carbon filter, the UV-C light, and the ionization function not only lower the humidity in the air, but also improve the air quality.
The dehumidifier is easy to move because it has wheels.
You get a condensation drain hose with the air purifier, so you can drain the condensed water continuously.
To drain the water, you always need to lead the condensation drain hose to a lower-level drain.
With the Clean Air Optima CA-704, improve the air quality. That's because this dehumidifier and air purifier in one uses 4 filter technologies to improve the air quality: a pre-filter, a carbon filter, an ionizer, and a UV-C light. The carbon filter helps prevent odors, and the ionizer ensures that floating dust particles become heavier and land on the floor. In addition, the UV-C light keeps bacteria, fungi, and viruses from multiplying. To indicate the current humidity level, this dehumidifier uses a humidistat and a colored light ring. Red light means it's too humid, green indicates that the humidity is just right, and yellow means it's too dry.
