According to our immersion blender expert
Thanks to the high power supply, you also use the immersion blender to mix hard ingredients and to prepare multiple dishes in a row.
With its 12 settings, you can accurately adjust the speed to the preparation, so you don't mix too hard or too soft.
This immersion blender doesn't include extra accessories.
You can use the Bosch MaxoMixx MS8CM6110 for multiple preparations back to back without overheating, thanks to the strong power. For example, make a smoothies first and make a soup from your boiled vegetables after. In addition to soft ingredients, you can also use this immersion blender for hard ingredients. For example, finely chop peanuts for some homemade peanut butter. Thanks to the 12 speed settings, you can adjust the speed accurately. Choose a high speed for fine structures, like a smoothie. Choose a slow speed for coarser preparations, like tomato tapenade. In the measuring cup, you can measure liquids directly. Did you make a sauce that you want to keep a little longer? No problem. You can use the lid to close the measuring cup and put your preparation in the fridge to keep it fresh.

I like the hand blender very well, after my previous cheap one from the ac-tion could no longer be cleaned after an attempt to make asparagus soup, I decided to buy a good brand and what a difference!! Everything except the part with the plug can go in the dishwasher, so it invites you to quickly grab it. Only downside so far is that the accessories don't fit together for storage and no storage box is included to keep everything together

Tried a Bosch for the first time after years of using another German brand. Never again. The most annoying thing is that the puree part spontaneously comes loose from the machine part during pureeing. Then I have to reattach both parts and it happens again. After six months, the hand blender no longer purees properly and the mixer makes a strange noise. Never experienced this with other hand blenders, never again a Bosch hand blender for me. I hope it's a bad model and this doesn't bother others.
