According to our massage pillow expert
The handles keep the massage cushion more firmly in place, so you can also use the cushion while sitting upright.
The massage cushion has 2 intensity settings to choose from, so you always get a massage that suits you.
You can clean the cover in the washing machine after use so that you always get hygienic massages.
You're always tied to a socket, because the massage cushion works on the power grid
The Medisana NM 890 neck massage makes any painful, stiff muscles relax. You place the pillow on your neck and hold it firmly in place with the long handles. You can adjust the intensity manually to make the massage more intense or softer. The device has two small massage pillows next to your neck, so you're able to massage more than just the back of your neck. The infrared heat function ensures your muscles stay warm, which is particularly pleasant in the cold winter months. You can also use the NM 890 for your shoulders, legs, back, and stomach. After a couple of massages, you can easily remove the cover and clean it. This way, massages are always hygienic.

One kneading motion in your neck, as long as you like it. You move the device from painful point to painful point. Until you are completely relaxed. Really saaaaaal!

I had ordered two, another that had one more stand and was a little cheaper, but turned out to be much less effective. So kept this one!

Because it gives a wonderful feeling of a massage and it immediately relaxes the neck muscles as well as the shoulder. With the different positions you can find out for yourself what you think is best or what you can tolerate because it is a bit of adjustment in the beginning or just getting used to the pressure of the massage. Very pleased with it.
