In the beginning I was very happy with the headset, when I put it on my head it felt super comfortable without pressure on your head and I did not expect that from a steelseries headset, I had seen it in other reviews but hadn't expected it to be so comfortable as steelseries sibreria wasn't that comfortable on your head at all. Only the headset is a bit big.
When I went to connect it to my computer you had to make some effort, create an account on steelseries itself and fill in a code that comes with it, I already had the engine since I use more products from steelseries, but if you don't you also have to download that, in the program you can adjust whether or not you want 7.1 surround etc.
Once that was done I tested sound and it was very good sound quality, but that's what steelseries is known for. The Microphone is very good for gaming and in my opinion is also one of the best gaming headset microphones.
If you don't like soft ear pads, you can always learn to get it and you can also buy another headband so you can make the headset to your style.
It is very convenient that it comes with dual 3.5mm extension cable and a 4-pole 3.5mm adapter, one is in my computer and the other is in my controller for the console.
