According to our exercise bike expert
You can expand your workouts and get more insight into your results thanks to various apps.
The exercise bike is suitable for rehabilitation training, because it has an ergometer and low pedals.
You can create up to 4 user profiles to store data and personalize trainings.
Due to the complex mounting options, you need at least 2 people to assemble this product.
You can adjust the exercise bike to your height, because the handlebars aren't adjustable.
Go for a varied, interactive training with the Flow Fitness UB51 Upright Bike. Adjust both the saddle and the handlebars to the the proper height, place your tablet on the holder, and start training. You can choose one of the 24 preset programs or you can put together your own training with the 69 different resistance levels. Thanks to the ergometer function, you can keep track of how much energy you create while working out. This is useful when you do recovery training, so you don't wear yourself out. Do you need more variety? Connect the UB51 Upright Bike to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and use the iConsole or Kinomap app. This allows you to cycle digital routes across different landscapes, race against your friends, and keep track of your results.
Note: you need at least 2 people to assemble this product yourself upon receipt.
It was assembled and ready to use in no time, I was looking for something similar to the bikes in the gym and found what I was looking for in the UB5i.
