According to our hygrometer expert
The thermometer is battery-powered, so you can place it anywhere.
Thanks to the large numbers, you can easily read the temperature and humidity.
You can't connect this thermometer to an outdoor station.
This is an indoor thermometer and not a weather station, so it only tells you the temperature and humidity.
With the WS-55 thermometer, you keep an eye on the temperature and humidity indoors. Place this thermometer in your kitchen or bedroom to see how warm it is in those rooms, for example. The built-in humidity meter tells you more about the air quality. This way, you can work on a healthy indoor climate. The large numbers ensure that you can easily read the information on the thermometer. In addition, the thermometer saves the lowest and highest values measured. Thanks to this feature, you can check if the humidity hasn't been to high or low during the day, for example.
Bought to measure humidity. I think he does that well. The temperature does not match my thermostat, no idea which of the 2 is right.
