According to our television expert
The NanoCell panel provides rich, pure colors.
You can watch realistic and colorful HDR images with this TV, thanks to the 10-bit panel.
Thanks to the 100Hz refresh rate, fast-moving images are displayed smoothly.
Due to the edge-lit local dimming, the black parts of the image aren't always truly black.
The TV doesn't have a headphone jack.
With the LG NANO866NA, your favorite movies and series appear colorful and sharp. Because this 4K television has NanoCell technology, you can view images in rich and pure colors. This technology uses minuscule particles on the screen to block unnecessary light waves. That way, you only see the colors that were meant to show up on the screen. The 10-bit panel lets you enjoy an HDR color gamut, so you can clearly see subtle color details in light and dark areas on the screen. Fast action will also look smooth thanks to the 100Hz refresh rate. You can track anything that moves, and sports games and action movies will look realistic.
Local dimming is very bad, causes a white haze over your screen. This can only be solved by turning off dimming. In addition, the TV for this budget is excellent for 4K content and Gaming thanks to the 2.1 HDMI connection. For me still a must for mid budget gamers who want to get the most out of the next-gen consoles.

Looks nice, good picture. But Smart TV functions are a bit slow and sound quality is only decent.

I think it's a really great TV for the money. The image is really great for gaming, series, movies. The format is fine and I don't think the sound is at all dull as stated in other reviews. I really can't think of anything negative about the TV. I'm just really happy with my purchase
