According to our IP camera expert
Thanks to the double WiFi antennas, the chance of a lost signal is relatively small.
When it's dark, you have a clear image up to a distance of 30m.
With the SD card slot, you can store footage directly to this camera.
You need a good WiFi signal where you're installing the camera. You can create a strong WiFi network near your camera with a WiFi extender.
The SD card to store footage isn't included by default.
With the Imou Bullet, you can guard an outdoor space and scare off uninvited guests, because this smart security camera has a built-in spotlight and a loud siren. The camera distinguishes people from animals, so you don't get unnecessary detection notifications. Camera footage is pretty sharp, thanks to the Full HD resolution. You even get a decent image in the dark up to 30 meters. The Bullet has 2 antennas and MIMO technology. This ensures the network connection is stable and rarely fails. You can store footage on an NVR or on an SD card. To store footage in the cloud, you need a subscription. Pair the camera to Google Assistant or Alexa to incorporate it into your smart home. Connect this camera to the power grid.

owned for several days. Didn't know a camera could have so many possibilities. The detection range that can be set is very useful. This is useful if, for example, there is a tree with many bird movements. You will then receive fewer false messages. If an SD card is used, an abb on the cloud storage is not necessary. I think the night vision is too vague, and I would give 3 stars. If I were to buy a 2nd camera, it would definitely be this one again. The app is quite complex, because there are so many setting options. I had to be here "play" with it to understand everything. But make it up, and the app can do it. In short: definitely recommended!!

Very satisfied with this purchase. The installation went smoothly. The supplied wiring was long enough (+/- 2.5 - 3m). UTP cable (internet cable) must be provided yourself if desired. There is a mobile app as well as a desktop app. The desktop version was a bit hidden on their website: https://www.imoulife.com/support/download/app Within the settings of the camera you can set active regions so that the camera only starts recording when motion is detected within these regions. Handy to indicate, for example, the parking garage of your neighbors so that the camera does not actively record when your neighbors come home from a night out and only record what is relevant to you. When movement is registered in the active zone, a few preceding seconds are also recorded and approximately 20 seconds are also recorded after movement, so that you can also check what would happen outside your active zone. You can talk via your app (useful for parcel delivery, for example). The camera also contains a light that you can activate via the app. This can also be set to turn on together with the set alarm. You can also set the alarm yourself and provide it with a time lock so that it is only active at night, for example. This can be set separately for each day of the week. Storage is possible via a not included micro SD card. You can view the data stored on the SD card via the apps. You do not have to remove the SD card from your camera to access the images. Cloud storage is also possible, but of course there is a subscription cost. We have not taken the cloud storage since the SD card also works perfectly.
If you're looking for a decent camera for a good price, I definitely recommend this one!

It is a nice camera that is easy to install. Also works well with Synology NAS. (Once you find out the password is the number on the camera
