According to our smart home hub expert
Via the screen, you're always informed about your calendar and the weather, but you can also view live footage from your smart doorbell or camera.
Thanks to the voice control, you can control the hub without using your smartphone or tablet.
The smart home hubs can distinguish up to 6 voices, which means you can use the device with multiple people.
The smart display doesn't have a camera, so you can't be seen during video calls.
You need a Google account to use functions such as calendar management.
With this Google Nest Hub package, you can control your house from multiple rooms. If you link smart home products to your Google Home, you can control them with your voice or the Nest Hub touchscreen. In addition, you can place the Google Nest Mini in another room, so you can also have access to the voice assistant in the bedroom, for example. You'll be able receive the most up-to-date information on train traffic and the news, for example. The Nest Hub screen can also show the weather, your calendar, or a recipe. That is useful if you want to check it while cooking. Thanks to the voice recognition, you can use the speaker with up to 6 people. The Google Nest Hub won't provide personal information if it doesn't recognize your voice.

Connectivity
Started with just a google mini speaker and a chrome cast. Now I have these and the answers and everything have become visible. Because I have connected the smart devices and have now placed the speaker in the bedroom, I can send a message from downstairs to the bedroom by means of 'broadcasters' to kick the woman out of bed. You can even send messages while you are at work. You can make video calls with it which is just funny. And so much more.. This device is not a bad buy.

We are very satisfied with the hubs and minis. Especially in the kitchen / home office / bedroom very handy. Sound quality of the Nest Mini is also much better than its predecessor.

Super easy installation. Great to see all the photos from your Google photos library passing by. It's great that it dims itself in less light, so you always have a clear image. Picks up your voice well. Extremely satisfied with it.
