In addition, the plug measures the energy consumption of the device you connect. Via the app, you can easily set timers or schedules. This way, the smart plug ensures that you don't have any unnecessary energy costs. You can switch the connector on or off manually via the button on the side. Connect the Smart Socket to Google Assistant or Alexa, so you can also operate it via your smart speaker or smart home hub.
General
Initially I was unable to connect the plugs to the app. After quite a bit of trial and error I found out that the problem was in the use of the wifi6 protocol. When I turned this off for 2.4ghz in my Asus router, they connected without a problem. Since then they have been working perfectly fine. Fortunately, all WiFi6 devices are connected via the 5GHz network, so they are not affected by this.
