According to our receiver expert
The Dolby Atmos technology reflects the surround sound off the ceiling.
Integrate the receiver with the HEOS multi-room system to stream music throughout your entire home.
The receiver transmits the 4K images from your AV source to your TV.
You can't listen to digital radio via a DAB+ signal.
With the Marantz SR5015, you create a surround setup. Thanks to the 10 HDMI ports, you can connect all your playback devices to the receiver. The receiver has Dolby Atmos, which reflects the surround sound of the ceiling to your listening position. This way, it's as if you're actually in your favorite movie or series. Use the HEOS multi-room system to connect multiple speakers wirelessly to the receiver. This way, you won't be bothered by cables through the house. In addition, you enjoy a razor-sharp image quality on your TV, because the receiver sends 4K images from your AV source to your television.
Installing was a piece of cake with the online help of the receiver itself. The result exceeded all my expectations. The only downside I find is the very small display that is no longer readable from the couch.

As a little kid (late 70s) always drooling at Marantz receivers. Someday…someday… It took a while, but it's finally here. And why haven't I done that before? What a beautiful sound! Can be played here in combination with two great Visaton speakers. They are a few decades old but they come into their own. Beautiful 'Marantz' sound. Warm yet bright. A pleasure to listen to music again. Use by the rest of the family is a 'thing' because you have to understand how the settings were created. Although it is an 'entry-level model', several experts on YouTube, for example, are talking about an excellent middle-class device. So it costs a few cents but then you have something! (And yes, in terms of investment cannot be compared with 'high-end', but I really don't have any money for that).
