According to our mobile phone expert
With the large 5160mAh battery, your smartphone won't run out of power quickly.
The screen of this device is sharper than that of similar smartphones.
This device is powerful, so you can switch between different, demanding apps smoothly.
It's difficult to operate the large 6.67-inch screen with one hand.
You can't insert both a memory card and a second SIM card at the same time.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 64GB Black has 64GB storage. That isn't very much. Do you have a lot of apps and photos on your smartphone? Choose the 128GB version of this device or purchase a memory card. The Poco X3 takes beautiful pictures. Thanks to the wide-angle lens, large buildings and wide landscapes fit in your photo entirely as well. The 6.67-inch Full HD screen is fairly large. That makes the device difficult to operate with one hand. The 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 732G processor make the Poco X3 suitable for standard use. Use WhatsApp, internet, and Instagram without difficulties. The large 5.160mAh battery lasts over one and a half days with normal use. The device supports the fast charging protocol Power Delivery, so you can charge it in no time as well. The included back cover offers limited protection. Purchase a different case to protect your smartphone against fall damage.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 has impressive computing power and a good battery. The device is quite large and I had to get used to the operating system.
heavy equipment The glossy back and vertical track make the device look flashy. Xiaomi has placed the fingerprint sensor on the standby button of the device, so on the side. To me this place feels natural. There is, very neatly, a transparent back cover in the box. This cover protects against scratches, but not against fall damage.
Remarkably large computing power I am positively surprised by the great computing power of this device. Where most smartphones in this price range are mainly suitable for average use, I can go a step further with the Poco X3. For example, the smartphone does not falter when I play a heavy, graphic 3D game like PUBG. Switching between different apps is also very smooth.
Battery lasts a long time and charges quickly When I use the Poco X3 at medium intensity, the battery easily lasts a day. What do I do on such a day? I spend a lot of time on social media and YouTube and occasionally take a photo. Fortunately, when I have to recharge, my limited patience isn't tested too much. After half an hour, the battery is already 60% charged. It takes about an hour to fully charge the Poco X3 with the included charger.
Large screen with high refresh rate The 6.67 inch screen of this smartphone is quite large. It is therefore difficult for me to operate the device with one hand. The advantage of this large format is that I can comfortably watch movies and series. I also notice that movements look fluid. It refreshes 120 times per second. This makes animations, for example while scrolling and gaming, twice as smooth as on other smartphones.
Nice pictures, mediocre videos The cameras perform as you would expect from a smartphone in this price range. During the day I take great pictures, even in backlit conditions. Even when I zoom in twice, I still see quite a few details. In the dark, the quality of the photos is lower, but certainly not bad for a middle-class smartphone. The videos are less sharp and also choppy.
Get used to operating system Xiaomi makes a number of adjustments to the Android operating system. As a result, icons, menu structures and colors are different than on other smartphones. It took me a few days to get used to this. I also found it a pity that there are many pre-installed apps on the smartphone. Since I can't delete them, this is at the expense of my storage capacity.

After a long search and comparison, this seemed to me the best mobile phone in this price range. Was a bit hesitant because of the size but glad I went for it anyway. Long battery life, beautiful, sharp photos, my games are going well and despite the reviews, I haven't really noticed advertising yet, or at least not more than with my Huawei. It is a large mobile phone, but you get used to it quickly, and it is useful for Netflix. Miui also gets used to quickly, not so different from my previous mobile phone
