Braun CareStyle 1 IS 1014 VI

I think the Braun CareStyle IS 1014 VI is a fine steam generator. It lies well in the hand and the steam reaches the tip of the soleplate. I also remove wrinkles close to the seams of my shirts and shirts.

User friendly When you put the plug in the socket, the generator starts heating up immediately. I was afraid I'd be faced with advanced settings, but it's only 3 temperature settings. Because I have to remove a lot of creases, I put it on the max setting. Nice and easy. After about 2 minutes I hear a beep and the blue light stays on. This means that the iron has heated up and I can start.

Good steam power With a little bit of pressure I already get most of the wrinkles out of my shirts and shirts. I don't need the steam boost for this. However, the steam boost comes in handy for ironing creases in the board of my shirt. By pressing the button on the handle, the generator starts to bubble. That's not surprising, because I triple the steam power at the touch of a button from 120 grams per minute to 360 grams per minute. This is also a relief for removing stubborn creases.

Won't get stuck on buttons, zippers and pockets Braun has developed the Freeglide 3D technology so that buttons and zippers no longer hinder you during ironing. And with success, because thanks to the rounded soleplate, I can iron my buttons, zippers and pockets in a backwards motion without any effort. For example, if you iron a lot of shirts like I do, this is great.
