According to our pizza oven expert
Thanks to the strong 2250W power and a maximum temperature of 400°C, your pizzas are ready extra fast.
The oven has an adjustable temperature and 7 pre-set settings.
The oven is also suitable for frozen pizzas and other preparations, in addition to fresh pizzas.
You can't move the oven easily, due to the relatively heavy weight.
With the Sage Smart Oven Pizzaiolo, you can prepare the most delicious authentic stone oven pizzas at home. The freestanding oven has 2250W power and a maximum temperature of 400°C. This allows you to prepare a delicious crispy pizza in 2 minutes. You can set the temperature starting from 160°C and use the dials to select how you want your pizza exactly. For example, choose an extra dark crust or a crispy crust. In addition to fresh pizzas, you can also easily prepare baked vegetables, flatbread, or frozen pizzas in the oven. The oven uses a light to indicate it has reached the right temperature. When your pizzas are done, you can easily slide them onto your plate with the pizza scoop.
The pizza oven is a nice addition to the kitchen. Whether you make your own pizza or put one from the freezer in, the pizza is ready in no time. The device has a retro look and is compact in size, but it weighs a bit.
Service The operation of the machine is a breeze. For example, I operate the device with the different modes or set it manually. I set the time and temperature and how I want the crust. As soon as the pizza is ready, the pizza oven beeps and I take the pizza out of the oven with the pizza shovel. That shovel is not only fun, but also very handy. You hardly come into contact with the heat.
pizza crust My mouth waters when I think about yesterday's pizza. The pizza crust and bottom are very tasty and crispy, no matter what kind of pizza you put in it. I baked my pizza on the stone baking tray, the pizza was directly exposed to high heat in a short period of time. This made the pizza taste just like at the pizzeria.
Keep the user manual at hand Even if you are very excited about your new purchase (as I am), don't get too excited right away. When I turned the oven on for the first time, it had to preheat for 20 minutes. In addition, it is important to burn the pizza pan and to place the oven on a heat-resistant surface. Don't put anything within 10 centimeters of the oven because of the heat, you never know.
Maintenance To keep the pizza oven clean for as long as possible, the user manual recommends cleaning the stone pizza plate immediately after use. I recommend that too, otherwise it will be difficult to get those spots and stains out. The oven is very easy to clean. Once it has cooled down, I run a cloth over it and through it and it's done.

We have had the pizzaiolo for two weeks now and we LOVE it. It's real hobby cooking, but fast. Making the dough base has taken a bit of practice, especially to make sure the base doesn't stick to the pizza shovel or to get the pizza on the shovel at all without folding it in half. This does get a lot better after the first few times, the trick is to use enough (but not too much) flour. And fresh dough is so delicious. We like the pizzas better than those from the pizzeria! You have many options to set the pizzaiolo the way you want, top and bottom heat and the outer and inner ring all have a different temperature to give the best performance. But we love the standard brick oven function, with the outer rim coloring knob a little to the left. What I find more difficult is keeping the pizzaiolo clean. Especially because of the first few difficult attempts, there are already black spots in the stone that I can't get off easily, and I don't dare to wash it rough or with a lot of water because I don't want to break the stone. But this doesn't get in the way of the taste and it actually looks professional. Furthermore, the oven closes when the stone is not in it, because it is then not in balance. But this does not stand in the way of 5 stars for this product. The oven takes 15 to 20 minutes to heat up and the pizza is ready in just 2 minutes. What makes it great to eat pizza with several people, they are ready in no time at all. We are big fans!

This oven has been in my possession for a little over a week now. When the package was delivered, I noticed that it was a huge box, which made me think that the oven was larger than expected. Fortunately, this was only due to the protective material that allowed the oven to be transported safely. The oven is very heavy, which makes it more difficult to get it in the right place if it is a bit higher. That is why one point less with ease of use, but this does not apply to the convenience after installation. Once the oven is up, setting is very easy. Clean, put on the highest temperature for 20 minutes and then ready to use! The standard options are clear and easy to set up. It is also possible to put the oven in manual mode if you want to exert more influence on the result, but I don't use that option (yet). The pizzas we have already tried came out nice and crispy (better than from the regular oven) and we have now only tried 1 option (with the pan). Setting the crust separately was much appreciated here at home. Everyone here has their own preference for a crispy crust and now this could be set separately for each pizza. Perfect! Are you satisfied with this oven? Of course! Pizza day has never been so good
