According to our stand mixer expert
With the extra accessories, you can also make smoothies, minced meat, or finely cut or grate ingredients.
The stainless steel mixing bowl is sturdy and doesn't absorb odors, colors, and flavors.
Thanks to the average power, you can knead several preparations in a row without the motor overheating.
The mixing bowl is smaller than average, so you can only make batter for 1 cake at a time.
With the Bosch MUMS2EW40 White, you get a kitchen machine with an extensive accessory package. This means you can use the kitchen machine for many things. The Bosch has 700W power, so it's powerful enough to do multiple preparations shortly after each other. The stainless steel mixing bowl has a 3.8L capacity, which you can use to make about 2.5kg of dough. Thanks to the 3D Planetary Mixing technique, the attachments like the whisk and dough hook move in 3 directions. This ensures a well-mixed and airy batter. The machine has 4 speed settings, which you can use to easily choose the right preparation for your recipe. Thanks to the anti-slip feet, the kitchen machine stays firmly in place while mixing and kneading the ingredients. The separate accessories are dishwasher-safe, so you can easily clean them after use.
I've had the opportunity to test the Bosch mums2vm00 for several weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. I mainly use it for heavy bread dough, which it kneads effortlessly. He can also bring biscuit dough and cake batter to a beautiful end result with the two different whisks. The machine itself is handy in size and not too heavy, so you can quickly grab it and store it again. Thanks to the suction cups, it remains well on the counter, despite its weight. It is a pity that the bowl is not locked to the machine, so that it sometimes wants to come up with the dough hook if you want to remove the bowl. Other than that, it's just a top device, which I would definitely recommend.

This food processor is a feast for the eyes. Looks great on your counter and doesn't take up too much space because of the compact design. The parts are easy to clean and the individual parts are dishwasher safe. The device has 7 positions, which is really nice and a lid so that your dough does not fly in all directions. When the lid is on, you can also add ingredients into the filling opening. I have already made several things in this, pie dough, pizza base, egg cakes, pancake mix and the dough is well stirred. I had to stir it 1 extra time, but I think that was more due to the lower speed I had turned on than to the device itself. I am really pleased with it and definitely recommend it!
