According to our phone mount expert
With the rubber ball joints, it mutes vibrations, so you can easily ride over a bumpy road.
Tilt the mount in any viewing angle.
Rotate the mount vertically or horizontally so you can view your navigation comfortably.
You can't charge your phone on the go.
Your phone isn't protected from fall damage.
Safely place your phone on your motorcycle with the RAM Mounts Tough-Claw Phone Mount Motorcycle Handlebar Small. Place your phone horizontally or vertically in the RAM Mount handlebar clamp. The clamp fits around smaller devices between 47.6 and 82.5mm, like the iPhone SE, iPhone 12, and Samsung Galaxy A20e. Is your device wider than 82mm? Choose the large RAM Mounts. That way, the rubber corners sit tighter around your device. Pull the hinges apart to easily adjust the width, and place your device. The mount then locks around your device again. The rubber ends ensure your device won't slide easily. You can use screws to place this mount to the top of the handlebar of your motorcycle. Tilt the hinge in an angle that you like while you ride. Thanks to the anti-slip sticker on your handlebar, the RAM Mount handlebar clamp stays firmly in place. Even when you ride fast on a bumpy road. This hinge isn't easy to remove, you'll need a screwdriver for this. You can still easily operate the screen of your phone with this mount.
Very nice holder that can easily be put on and off the motorcycle; useful if you have multiple engines. Feels high quality and confident that the phone will hold securely even at high speeds. Does not have (option for) vibration damper. So watch out with your expensive modern smartphone, it can still break due to the vibrations of your engine. I use an older (spare) device in the holder.

I was looking for a not too big good attachment for my smartphone on my sports bike and the same for my motorcycle. With this mount I was ready in one go: easy to exchange and exactly the solidity I was looking for. Already used several times on both 'bikes': fits like a house, easily (dis)mountable.
