Works very well. Only too easy to remove, so I made my own braces.

I am new to the world of smart doorbells, so I only knew market leader Ring. Searched for some information on the Coolblue site and discovered the Eufy. Initially I wanted to go for the Ring pro, because I don't want to be dependent on a battery. The Ring turned out to be my standard bell transformer and you need the supplied Ring bell transformer.
Then you have to adjust your meter box, which results in extra work. With the Eufy, my standard bell transformer was more than sufficient.
The supplied screws of the Eufy please throw them away right away, that's really junk. Just a few screws of your own and he's right there. Just connect the wires and you're done.
Connecting the Home Base II to your router and using the Eufy app on your smartphone makes it very easy to get things going. Even the greatest digital literate can really get it done. The Home Base is talking to you. The image quality is fine and a notification to your phone is lightning fast.
Coincidentally, I found out that the Home Base, which also functions as a “bell”, can only run on WiFi without an Ethernet cable. That saves me a space in the meter cupboard near my router. The app also helps you configure the WiFi and the Home Base talks you through it.
Also ordering and shipping via Coolblue is, as usual, TOP..!!
I think it's a great device..!

According to our doorbell expert
Thanks to the extra included receiver, you never miss a visitor at the door.
The doorbell stores footage locally, so you don't need a cloud subscription or SD card to watch it back.
You can install the doorbell on the existing wiring and wirelessly, thanks to the rechargeable battery.
The 16GB internal memory of the base station isn't expandable.
You need a good WiFi signal where you mount the doorbell.
This eufy Video Doorbell package includes the eufy smart doorbell with base station and an extra Chime. You can install the doorbell wirelessly and connect it to the base station and the doorbell chime. You connect the base station to your router with an Ethernet cable. After that, it recognize your router so you can also use the HomeBase wirelessly. Both the chime and the base station produce a sound when someone rings the doorbell, so you can hear it in 2 places in the house. You can view the footage of the doorbell everywhere without needing a subscription. The base station saves the footage locally (16GB storage), after which you can view them in the app via an encrypted connection. The eufy Video Doorbell provides motion notifications and recognizes the difference between people and animals. In addition, you can easily connect it to Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
