According to our stand mixer expert
Thanks to its high power, you can knead heavy dough with this stand mixer, like bread or pizza dough.
You can adjust the speed to your preparation with the 8 settings.
The stainless steel mixing bowl is sturdy and doesn't absorb odors, colors, or flavors.
The included mixing hook and dough hook aren't suitable for in the dishwasher.
There are no extra accessories included with the stand mixer to make multiple preparations.
With the powerful Bourgini Kitchen Chef Plus, you can make cake dough and bread dough, pancake batter, whipped cream, and more. The stand mixer has 8 settings. That allows you to set the right speed for your preparation. The mixer also has a pulse function. By pressing the button, you make the attachment spin faster. This makes the batter even smoother. Thanks to the useful anti-splash lid, the ingredients stay in your mixing bowl and nothing spills on your counter. The 5.5L mixing bowl is made of stainless steel. This makes it very sturdy. After use, you can easily clean the mixing bowl in the dishwasher.
It is a nice bread mixer. Want to go back to the "normal" hand mixer. Does what it's supposed to do and easy to clean. The only downside is that it makes a little more noise than expected. But in terms of price quality, definitely recommended instead of an expensive kitchen aid.

Beautiful mixer! Only the dough hooks are not dishwasher safe.

Can handle large volumes. Suction cups hold it in place. Every week it is used for kneading. It does get a bit more difficult for the motor when the bowl is full, but it can be adjusted with the knob.
