Super fine pans from Greenpan. The non-stick coating is very fine and smooth, hopefully it stays that way. Very easy to clean, because everything slides off almost by itself. We first bought two frying pans and liked them so much that we bought the wok, a small frying pan and two pancake pans. You've lost a fortune, but it's more than worth the money. Our old "luxury" Jamie Oliver pans from Tefal are in the old iron.
