I also thought it was important that you could buy separate parts, set your knife or your shell will break. The 3 different scales are very useful especially if you don't want to make too much. On the other hand, if you use the small bowl, it almost always happens that the medium bowl also gets a bit dirty… That's a shame, of course. Because my dishwasher does not have a 40-degree program, I also wash everything by hand every time. It is a small effort; everything washes off very easily. All in all, there is no perfect food processor (unfortunately!!!!) the Magimix is definitely a good choice, I am very happy with it!
