According to our projector expert
The 4K resolution and HDR support ensure detailed, high-contrast images.
Thanks to the 16ms input lag, there isn't much lag between the action on your controller and the image.
On the Android TV smart platform, you can easily stream movies and series from Disney+, YouTube, and Videoland, for example.
The fans of the projector produce a sound up to 35dB, which can be distracting when you're gaming or watching a movie.
Netflix isn't a standard app on the smart platform, so you have to download it via the Aptoide app.
With the BenQ TK700Sti, you can easily outrace all your opponents in a game. The 4K resolution ensures that details are displayed clearly. This way, you can quickly recognize your opponent from afar. The HDR support gives you high-contrast images, so you can see dark and bright color tones. This ensures true-to-life images. The 16ms input lag prevents lags between the action on the controller and the movement on the screen. As a result, you can anticipate occurrences in the game faster. Are you done gaming and do you feel like watching a movie? Get an overview of popular apps like Amazon Prime Video and YouTube via Android TV. This allows you to stream movies really fast, so you can exchange your controller for some popcorn. Do you also want to watch Netflix? You have to download it manually via the Aptoide app.
The TK700Sti has a throw ratio of 0.9-1.1:1, which means you have to place the projector between 0.9 and 1.1m away from the screen for a 1m wide projection. For a 2m wide projection, you double the distance to 1.8 - 2.2m. Check if there's room in the spot where you want to place the projector.

Very nice projector with a high light output, so that even in a reasonably lit room, a clear image comes through. Handy that an Android TV dongle is included, a pity that the Netflix app cannot be run natively (you have to sideload it). Due to the projector technology (DLP) you suffer from the "rainbow effect". I didn't expect to experience too much trouble from this, but it is more present than I thought. So I sent it back with regret, I'm sick of it :-(

I bought this projector with my OS5 and it is a serious upgrade compared to a regular projector. Of course you probably have even better quality with a 4k TV, but definitely recommended. Since the screen in my "small" living room manages to project 200 inches of screen without reducing the quality.

Nice sharp image, quite even. I will first purchase an Optima with HD image, eventually exchanged for this one.
