According to our vacuum expert
You can vacuum wooden and other fragile floors without scratching them thanks to the included parquet brush.
You won't need vacuum cleaner bags, which saves you money in the long run.
With the crevice tool, you can clean difficult-to-reach spots like crevices.
With a weight of 7.8kg, this vacuum is relatively heavy.
You don't get a turbo brush, so the vacuum isn't suitable for vacuuming high-pile carpet and pet hairs.

Only plus is that it sucks well. I also think it feels like Action quality. Very unfortunate, because we are not used to this from Miele.

What a wonderful vacuum cleaner, nice and compact and very easily manoeuvrable. Good suction. We also tried the parquet brush, but we have laminate and PVC, we don't really notice a difference with the regular brush and since you sometimes have to switch to carpet mode, the regular brush is easier. The tube is very easy to set up. The only drawback I think is that the handle to disconnect the dust bag is on top, next to the handle ... so we have already had the bin in our hands several times instead of lifting the vacuum cleaner. This may take some getting used to. All in all a very nice vacuum cleaner! You get value for money.
