Super cool lamp, had been looking for something to brighten up my living room for a while with the hue lamps, it is also complete above the dining table! It's just a shame that you don't get anything like a remote control

We had lamps above our mid-level kitchen that provided direct lighting. So the table was perfectly lit but the ceiling was completely in shade. So we had been looking for a solution with better lighting for a while. Because we have almost everything from HUE, our preference was there. We thought of light strips or recessed spots, but then we saw HUE ensis and thought the bottom and top lighting was really great. A bit anxious to see whether the lamp would not be too big or too heavy and whether it would give enough light. Well, it is more than successful !! Beautiful design and the under lighting provides more than enough light and it sometimes even just stays on in the atmospheric colors. The top lighting is also the max, beautifully brightly lit or also in atmospheric colours. It is also the maximum that both the bottom and top lighting can be lit separately. In short... we should have had this lamp much longer. Super satisfied and again an incredibly fast and correct delivery from Coolblue!!!

According to our smart light expert
You don't need a bridge because the lamp works with Bluetooth.
Set these Hue White and Color lights to 16 million colors and all shades of white light.
When you dim the lights, the light color becomes warmer.
You can only control the light with your smartphone within a radius of 10m if you don't have a bridge.
Without a bridge, you can only control up to 10 lights.
The Philips Hue Ensis Hanging Lamp White and Color is a sleekly designed lamp to hang above your dining table, for example. The lamp emits light at the top and bottom. This smart light has an adjustable height, and it can shine in every shade of white and in 16 million colors, so you'll have the right atmosphere for any occasion. The lamp features Bluetooth, so you don't need a Hue Bridge to control it. Use your phone to set colors or scenes. If you want to be able to switch the lamp on and off when you're not home, or if you want to set timers, you can add a Philips Hue Bridge later.
