Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our barbecue expert
Stable temperature: this kamado keeps the temperature stable, so large cuts of meat cook slowly and evenly.
For large dishes: you can grill large cuts of meat or multiple dishes at the same time thanks to the large cooking surface.
Lid as a windscreen: the hinges make it easy to open and close the lid, and you can use it as a windscreen.
Takes up a lot of space: the barbecue takes up a lot of space on your balcony or patio because of its large cooking surface.
No smart features: without smart features, you always have to stay by the barbecue while you're grilling.

The Boretti Ceramica large is a beautiful and high-quality kamado. I've had it for a week and have BBQed with it 4 times and I really like it. The taste of the meat is much better than with the gas BBQ. I do notice that I have to use a lot more coal than I am used to to get it hot (above 150 degrees).
