With the Boretti Carbone 2.0 + Boretti Cover for the Carbone, you can enjoy your Boretti charcoal barbecue longer. The cover protects the barbecue from the sun, rain, and dust. The Carbone has a coal surface which you can adjust up and down. This way, you can adjust the temperature without burning your hands. You have even more control over the temperature with the 4 air vents and the lid thermometer. When assembling a first impression of "ouch looks just a rickety tin thing". But once fully assembled, it turns out to be a sturdy device. The mechanism to let the charcoal on and off is superb. STEP1: ASSEMBLY

Assembly went quite smoothly but you have to take your time with the right tools. Take the time to fix and finish everything down to the last detail. After 2 hours of stress-free assembly, this BBQ from Boretti looked great! He really creates his WAWWWW effect!!

STEP 2: USE

Very convenient to use! The adjustable coal plate is great, really couldn't do without it! This allows you to choose whether you want to fry your meat quickly or slowly. Small tip, place the already cooked meat/fish/vegetables on a metal tray + aluminum foil on the top grill, so you can continue baking without it getting cold. Folding table is very handy! In conclusion, best barbeque I've ever had in use! Thermometer and container to top up coal if necessary also come in handy!

STEP2: Clean up after first use I do take my time to clean it up (approx. 30 minutes). I put aluminum foil in the ashtray for easy cleaning but... inside the barbecue it's not too easy to clean everything neatly as the mechanism of the adjustable coal plate gets in the way. A minus? Yes and no... maybe I'm a bit too maniac :-) Double grill is easy to clean, most bbq's have 1 grill that can't actually go in your sink... this is the case here.

CONCLUSION: Personally I have never had such a good bbq with such a beautiful look! Easy to use with great taste of a real BBQ! Cleaning it up is a bit difficult but yes ... this is also the only thing that can be said. You have certainly understood it so... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
