Thanks to the renewed design of the convex DECO diffusers, the audio sounds equally well from anywhere in the room.
You don't need an amplifier, because the monitor speakers are active.
You can't play music via Bluetooth, unlike the Pioneer DJ DM-40D-BT.

Description

The Pioneer DJ DM-40D are active studio speakers with a 4-inch woofer for both playing and producing music. On the back of the left speaker, there's a switch that you can use to switch between the DJ mode and production mode. This'll automatically change the DSP settings and the sound will be adjusted to your situations. Thanks to the renewed design of the convex DECO diffusers, you can enjoy 3D stereo and the audio sounds equally well anywhere in the room. Because the studio speakers are active, you won't need an amplifier.
