I tried the Philips Series 9000 HC9450/20, BaByliss Lithium Performance Clipper, Panasonic ER-GB37-K503, and the Hatteker hair clipper, but none of them worked well as an all-in-one trimmer. The micro fade comb is essential for me, and they all fell short.

The Philips trimmer was close to being good, but it has a design flaw: with the smallest comb, you cannot see your hair while trimming because of the comb size. As a result, it’s almost impossible to create a clean fade from 1 to 4 mm since you can’t see the hairline.
