According to our Bluetooth speaker expert
You can connect the speaker to another Hyperboom, Megaboom, or Boom for a higher volume.
The water-resistant design makes the speaker suitable for outdoor use.
Thanks to the 24-hour battery life, you won't be without music anytime soon.
The speaker doesn't have NFC.
Completely what I expect from an "outdoor" speaker ... very nice sound, excellent battery life.

Speaker purchased for singing group. Perfect for outdoors in combination with the mega boom to support the singing group. Highly recommended!

It does well in isolation. However, it is not alone. A sonos roam gets almost as loud. So if you have a small or medium room that or a flip 6 will suffice. If you want to fill a gym, you can go to a soundboks go or 3. So it is a good speaker, but it does not excel in anything
